- 1 kg of ground meat (to choose)
- 1 packet of onion cream (onion cream is different from onion soup)
- 6 slices of bacon
- 100 g of muzarella
- 100 g cooked ham
METHOD OF PREPARING THE MEAT CAKE RECIPE WITH BACON
- Mix the ground beef and the onion cream package.
- Then form a ball.
- Place it on top of a plastic and open it until it forms a disc about 1 cm thick.
- Put the mozzarella and ham on the disc.
- Now wrap the disc until it has a camber shape that closes very well at the ends.
- In a greased form place the cake and, above this, the slices of bacon.
- Take to the conventional oven preheated to 150 degrees.
