Contrary to the “experts” advice, you don’t need an Fing trainer! All the information you need ( for most of anything!) is sitting right in front of you! DUH!

Well SaddleupASU, the best ways to stimulate your bowl movements is to
    1. plenty of water. When the body is dehydrated, your body will absorb as much water from the intestinal matter as possible causing you to get “clogged up”

    2. eat a full daily amount of dietary fiber (suppliments like benefiber really help out), and

    3. get plenty of light to moderate exercise through out the day. Walking, running, and stretching all help to move the matter through your intestines more easily.

3 times a day is too much. you’ll aggravate your lower intestine and anus by going so often – in my opinion…

Fiber supplements. =3 Or dark veggies, and whole grains. Activia helps too.

maybe not your intire body but it will work out most of your leg muscles and probably your abs. if you use it with weights in your hang you can work your arms as well, so you can make it a whole body work out if you experiment with it.

  24. wintermintfresh says on: 15 November 2009 at 1:45 am

it all depends on your diet…

  25. longdongriver says on: 15 November 2009 at 1:56 am

this guy sucks wheres the advice!. I do the five tibetans the 2nd one i find helps posture, and you can feel it tightening the abs on the side and upper and even partially lower, id recommend that.
If you can do all 21 of all 5 of the tibetans (the first one you can skip) that helps general fitness. Some people are born with a flat belly, and low body fat but usually cant gain muscle easily so to sides to the coin,
