@frankiero55 size and weight are two different measurements. To your question…yes a POUND of feathers is not the same size as a POUND of rocks, however they do both weigh a POUND. Weight and Density are commonly misused. Muscle is more dense/compact than fat. Therefor a fat person will appear larger than someone who weighs the same and is mainly muscle.

I was just thinking this today, right along with what you’re saying.
Develop good habits. Every morning I go for a run. After the run, I make a wonderful smoothie. The rest of the day is not perfect, but I’m OK with that.

@crazychik8921 i guess you can have 1 cheat per week, as in like 1 junk food per week, isn’t so bad…
this woman really does look healthy, i find that so attractive in a lady, and you can tell who’s healthy and who’s not… you can see it in their skin, body, smile, mood .etc..
and its alright to eat junk food once in awhile right? like if ur out with friends n they r goinq to a pizza place its alright as long as you dont eat that everyday?

i agree! i started eating the right foods, eating smart, and stretching your whole body every time, everyday…i shed some weight and the elders noticed the change! ive learned about limiting the foods you take, what foods you take, simple physical activities like stretching and walking around. take care!
