    but tap water does have a taste and smells. stinks of chemicals and tastes lyk chemicals….. i hate the taste of tap water…..

    love mineral water tho…… =]

    I heard that your body can only use 4oz of water at a time so if you gulp it down instead of sipping throughout the day, you will just eliminate the what is not being used. So how often should one drink 4oz glasses of water during the day. How long does it take for the water to get into your blood stream?

    water usually contains minerals in a certain concentration depending onwhat country you live in, to me water from england tastes absolutely disgusting i think its chalk from the pipes but its ok if urre used 2 it

    I just read that water is an aphrodesiac last week. Dont over do the water tho. Just keep, you know, a little more watery.

    the reason people eat most of the time when the ‘feel’ hungry is because they are dehydrated. hunger is a result of many things including boredom. distract yourself with human2human contact (like talking) and exercise to loose weight. Also drink water. BUT MAINLY, EXERCISE!
